Danish to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Accounting / annual general meeting | | Danish term or phrase: formand/dirigent | Both of these are given as 'chairman'. Could anyone tell me the difference between the two? Both are present at an annual general meeting. Is the 'formand' the chairman and the 'dirigent' the director?
If someone wouldn't mind explaining I'd be grateful!

dirigent = chairman of the meeting
formand = chairman (of something else, e.g. the board)
