Danish term or phrase: hængerøv
Humorous phrase saying "Joggingbuks med hængerøv. Nej tak!" I understand hængerøv is "wet rag", but why would it say "jogging trousers with wet rags?" Or can it mean "jogging trousers like wet rags?"

sagging jogging trousers
Explanation:
The word "hængerøv" can sometimes be used as a noun meaning, as you suggest, a wet rag or a droopy- drawers, but this is not the case here. The phrase refers to the actual trousers which, after you have worn them for a while, become baggy around the seat. The implication is that it is not very sexy.
I don't know whether you can use my suggestion for your purpose, but now you have an idea of what it means, anyway.
