See below Explanation: I was somewhat surprised when I saw the context. I have never seen or heard "nær" used as a prefix to describe something as far away as Poland! It usually means local ... or community ... - and then there is of course "nærbutik", which is a convenience shop (store, if your are an American). I agree with Leo that you have to exercise s little ingenuity. I think I would say something like - "Poland is an interesting market that has the (additional) advantage of being fairly close." Incidentally, "interesting" is often a more appropriate translation of "spændende" than "exciting". I hope this is helpful. |
