Danish term or phrase: entreprisegrænse

Det ser ud som om ordet primært bruges om den fysiske afgrænsning af et areal der omfatter en entreprise, men af og til muligvis også om den opgavemæssige afgrænsning.

Vi har i Ordbogen.com oversættelsen "contract scope", men en kunde fra et bygge-/anlægsfirma spørger om ordet "interface" ikke kan bruges.

I think this would certainly be understood.

My first thought was delineation - but this is the process of defining the scope of the contract(s) and what one could call the interface between them.

For instance in a building project where one contractor builds concrete foundations and another places mechanical structures on top of them: these two contractors will need to collaborate over measurements and timing etc. They also need to decide precisely which of them is to be responsible for the different elements of the process.

There is an ´interface´ between the contracts, and a delineation of who does what.
