AFAIK there is no single neat expression in English that corresponds to this.
The load distribution area around the foundations of the end of the building is almost 5m (wide, square metres?).
This is not one of my specialist areas, but I have done one or two jobs in it.
Or The load can be distributed over a 5m area from the foundations...
It may need some rephrasing, but I would suggest something like that.
