Danish term or phrase: guldkorn
Overskrift: de seks "guldkorn" som har at gøre med et godt arbejdsklima (f.eks. krav, indflydelse osv...). "Pearls" og "gold nuggets" er blevet forslået, men jeg synes det sidste lyder fjollet.

golden rules

Explanation:
"Guldkorn" covers a wide range of things...

- pearls of wisdom, gems, but maybe you can use golden rules in this context?

I quite agree - nuggets might fit in some contexts, but not here.

I imagine the 'guldkorn' are the usual about listening to each other, respecting privacy, general good manners and keeping appointments, being organised and keeping the place tidy ... so obvious, but so easy to forget!

If they are not set out as 'rules', it might simply be more natural to rephrase the title.

"The best advice I have heard" -
"Six things you should never forget"
Titles have to fit, and preferably sound neat, and here a brilliant metaphor or allusion in one language may sound silly or plain wrong in another.
If the literal translation does not work, then another creative solution is often the answer.

If they are not advice, you might want to go over to something like
"the gold standard"

-- fundamental values.
As I understand the Danish, 'guldkorn' are more deep truths smartly expressed.
The foundation that a good working environment is built on.

Headings can be extremely difficult, because they have to sum it all up in a few words - best of luck!

Notes to answerer
Asker: But don't you agree that "gold nuggets" isn't usable?

Asker: Actually, the 'gold nuggets' are not good advice, but important aspects to evaluate, such as influence on work, demands, social support, etc...

Asker: Thank you for your help!

agree  Pernille Chapman: 'Gems' immediately sprung to mind, but looking at the context, I think Christine is spot on with 'golden rules'. Don't like the nugget one myself, although that might be because it makes me think of "chicken" from McDonalds...

agree  Anna Haxen: But please don't enter guldkorn=golden rule in the glossary, because they are not the same. "Guldkorn" doesn't fit in this context, but "gyldne regler" does.

-> I quite agree - and that is really the problem in this context - how to find a heading that fits the text AND satisfies the client ;-)

agree  xxxEnglish-Dani: Golden rules are correct in this context.

bright idea

Explanation:
Golden Rules is probably right on, in this context, but the term can also mean simply a bright or great idea
