Form time (lessons)
Explanation:
In the UK it is form time. (Klassens tid)

-- it was 50 years ago and more, and from googling I can see it still is.

We had 20 minutes at the end of Friday mornings, and I don´t remember much what they were used for. There were rarely whole lessons, and I am not sure what they call ´klassens time´, but my guess is:
Form time lessons.

Explanation:
F.eks. 'free time' (evt. free time in-class eller homeroom) eller 'class devoted to discussions on current topics/issues' el.lign. alt efter hvad klassens time/tid skal bruges tid.

(democratic) class meeting

Explanation:
I'm offering "class meeting" only for "klassens tid"; I haven't been able to discern the significance of "klassens time" yet.
The purpose and method of "klassens tid" at the first link fits well with the discussion of "(democratic) class meeting" at the second. Note for instance the rule in each against identifying a class member by name during discussions.
I'd probably drop the "democratic" part, but perhaps someone more familiar with pedagogical trends would insist on its inclusion?
