Danish to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Environment & Ecology
Danish term or phrase: bordvarme
A concrete manufacturer has stated that their energy reductions for the last year include:
"Automatisk styring af bordvarme udfra modenhedstal"

I'm assuming that it means a type of heating system has been switched to automatic control, but don't understand the "bord" in "bordvarme" (or modenhedstal either- see further query). Can anyone help? Thanks!

Explanation:
Could this be a typo for jordvarme?

There are a few reliable googles for bordvarme, but they seem to refer to heating plant trays in greenhouses, which doesn't fit you context by the look of things.

http://www.readymix.com.au/Toolbox/DIY/curing.shtml might be the answer - seems to imply that concrete "cures" (sets/hardens) best at 23 degrees over a period of seven days... in which case it would make sense to have some sort of automatic heating system. How about using "curing temperature"?
