Cannot find an abbreviation that makes sense in this context (e.g Earnings per share, Europæisk Politisk Samarbejde etc. just don't fit here). Could it be some sort of Pension contribution?

Explanation:
If this refers to management salaries it could make sense that it refers to Earnings Per Share.

In some companies they work with performance-based compensation plans where a certain increase in EPS will lead to a bonus or otherwise be reflected in their salary.
