Danish to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / Hedder det "General partnership" eller "Unlimited liability partnership"? | | Danish term or phrase: Komplementarselskab | Jeg har i teksten et kommanditselskab, som ifølge Helle Pals Frandsen hedder 'limited partnership', og så har jeg et komplementarselskab, som jeg så overvejer at kalde et 'UNLIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP'.
Eller: Vil det være mere korrekt at oversætte komplementarselskab med "GENERAL PARTNERSHIP"?
