Danish term or phrase: Fastbrænding

I am pretty sure we do not say "burning fast" in English. Has anyone got another sugestion? The context is:

"Med......belægningen får man en fantastisk slipevne, der forhindrer fastbrænding ved normal anvendelse"

If it refers to pots, pans etc., I would say that it is non-stick (for normal use), or else 'prevents burning'.

Notes to answerer

Asker: I though 'non-stick' was normally used in Danish, i.e. en non-stick pande. I know non-stick is an angecism, but is it synonymous with'brandfast'?

Asker: Sorry about my typo, I meant synonymous with fastbrænding.

Asker: Thanks for trying to help me. I decided that it was not 'non-stick' because 'fastrænding' suggest that remains of food burn into the pot andstick to it. In this context I decided that 'scorched' would be better.
