agree  Christine Andersen: As a rule of thumb, abbreviations including C or W can be carried directly (back) into English, as these letters are rarely used in Danish - but check if possible anyway!

agree  William [Bill] Gray: Actually "Blind Carbon Copy" taken from the days of the blue "Carbon" paper which used to stain our finger tips so badly! The 2nd option in our email programs, CC, is of course "Carbon Copy" (seen by recipients, as opposed to "blind").
