Køber betinger sig, at der kan opnås nødvendigt næringsbrev, hvilket køber straks tager skrift til at ansøge om.

Der er tale om den samme kontrakt, som jeg har spurgt til tidligere. Kan man ikke blot udelade dette 'tage skrift til'? Jeg synes det er unødvendigt at kringle det så meget, selv jeg godt ved, at advokaterne elsker deres kancellisprog.
