If anyone has worked in the airline industry I suppose you might know what this is.
"Bright" days, "Shiny" days...all sound equally plausible/implausible to me.

The text is about scheduling on-duty times for cabin crew staff.

"En ”blank” dag er en tjenestedag. Der kan således frem til den foregående dag kl. 16.00z lægges aktiv tjeneste i form af flyvninger eller standby på dagen.

En blank dag er ikke en standby dag og medarbejderen er derfor ikke forpligtet til at være til rådighed på telefonen eller være i nærheden af hjemmebasen, når der ikke er lagt aktiv tjeneste på dagen."
