This further official clarification just in from Copenhagen speaks volumes as it identifies the person in the Sø- og Handelsretten in charge of publishing its sentences online in the internet:

”evh” betyder, at det er mig der har oprettet dombogen, ikke andet. EVH er mine initialer.
