Law/Patents - Law (general) / Penal law | | Danish term or phrase: Udgang/Frigang | List of penal law terms, no specific context.
Apparently udgang is a one-off exit from prison for a specific period and purpose (home visit, etc.). Frigang is licence to do so on a daily basis.
Someone with more specific knowledge in English/US penal law? I can translate the terms descriptively myself;-) |
