Danish term or phrase: forankre
Fx. forankring af processer.

... at designe, implementere og forankre processer i organisationen...

I can't seem to find many instances of "anchoring" online and am in doubt. The difference between implementation and "forankring" seems minor.

Asker: Thanks (again) Diarmuid - I knew there was a much better translation, just couldn't quite get there on my own. :-)
