"In order" is a direct translation of the Danish term used and does not accurately capture what the medical record is actually saying. I think the closest would be: [disease] has been controlled by . . .

When I say "accurately capture" I mean that "kept in order" is not something that I usually see when someone talks about controlling, managing or keeping in check a disease in a medical record in English.
