the department responsible (or rephrase)

Explanation:
Corrective action will be planned and carried out in the department concerned/responsible.

It sounds better in English to place responsibility with a person, not a department. (Maybe I am just being fussy, but I like to play safe!)
Using the passive voice is a way of doing it without having to name the person an extra time.

'behandlet og lavet' is not terribly elegant Danish, so I would be tempted to translate that a little freely too!
'Planned' may not be quite the right word for 'behandlet', but it depends what the process actually involves.

Best of luck!
