This is from a press release for a trendy fashion designer. Can anyone give a translation or description, please? Thanks in advance

Explanation:
It could be this, I'm not a fashion expert but I'm told they were popular in the 70s, and I managed to find some references.

Thanks so much - and sorry for the delay! While I haven't found an exact definition of either sizzler dress or susekjole, this seems to be very close. I saw Marilyn Monroe's white dress described as a "susekjole" (maybe the halter top and short skirt?)

Notes to answerer
Asker: I have come to the conclusion that it is a made-up term and that they are refering to dresses made of very light fabrics. I appreciate your help with this.
