It is just the word in a balance. I have the definition in Dutch, but I can not find a word in English or Spanish

is what I would call it, with a note at the bottom of the balance sheet (not balance by the way!) or in the notes stating how it is arrived at, i.e. current assts, excluding cash and cash equivalents, less current liabilities, insofar as these were relate to turnover.
