Dit hoofdstuk beschrijft het proces van het vrijvallen van projecten. Een project laten vrijvallen betekent dat de gerealiseerde kosten en opbrengsten van de balansrekening 'Onderhanden werk' naar de resultatenrekening in Exact Finance worden overgeschreven.
Wanneer u een project laat vrijvallen en u alle definitieve facturen naar uw klanten hebt gestuurd, worden de projectinvesteringen (alle arbeidskosten, machinegebruik, grondstoffen, artikelen en/of directe inkopen) en de opbrengsten naar de resultatenrekening overgeschreven. Voortaan zal de resultatenrekening de kosten en opbrengsten van het project weergeven.
