I have this word on a financial statement and can't find its meaning in English.

This is the phrase:

In de winst begrepen loon (incl. vergoeding Zvw), waarover bijdrage Zvw is ingehouden, en winst behaald als **deelvisser**

Can someone tell me how this would be expressed in English?
