Dutch to English translations [PRO] Medical - Advertising / Public Relations | | Dutch term or phrase: publieksreclame | Tja. Public advertising. Maar je zou zeggen dat alle reclame publiek is, toch? Die Nederlandse term kan ik niets aan doen, maar ik vraag me een beetje af of "public advertising" niet dubbelop is. Pleonasme. Maar misschien weet ik niet genoeg van reclame.
Voorbeelden:
ublieksreclame voor receptgeneesmiddelen is in Nederland bij wet verboden. Publieksinformatie over ziekten en gezondheid is toegestaan. Wanneer niet (in)direct naar een geneesmiddel wordt verwezen, is het volgens de wet- en regelgeving in ieder geval informatie.
Door het opstellen of aanscherpen van interne procedures kunnen farmaceutische bedrijven er voor zorgen dat zij bij het geven van publieksvoorlichting geen publieksreclame maken voor receptgeneesmiddelen of geneesmiddelengebruik stimuleren
Deze laatste zin noopte mij tot deze vraag:
