Altijd geldt dat 'elke vorm van beïnvloeding met het kennelijke doel het voorschrijven, ter hand stellen of gebruik van een geneesmiddel te bevorderen, dan wel het geven van de opdracht daartoe' onder reclame valt.
Ik kom niet verder dan: As a rule, ‘every form of influence with the apparent aim to stimulate or order prescription, provision or use of a medicine,’ constitutes advertising. |

"... any form of influence with the apparent purpose of promoting the prescribing, supply or use of a drug, or instigation of the same." This means it would also constitute a breach if you instruct someone else to do this on your behalf.
