Dutch term or phrase: vertaalt zich dat in het delen van kennis
Please, help with fixing the sentence.
This is the last difficult place for this week. No more. I am not sure that I understand it correctly.
Is phrase 'vertaalt zich dat in het delen van kennis' translated as 'this is transfered into parts of knowledge'?

Context:
Als veel mensen op een kluitje samenleven moeten ze wel bereid zijn tot overleg over dingen die iedereen ter harte gaan.
In de tuinbouw vertaalt zich dat in het delen van kennis, waardoor innovatie veel sneller verloopt dan elders.

Thank you.

Yes, it was next issue for me, to use "share" or "shares" in Russian, because it was "delen" in Dutch. Thanks to all!

agree  Kate Hudson: agree with Tina and with Lianne and I would leave out 'of' - 'translates into sharing knowledge'
8 hrs
-> Thanks, Kate but I hold that "het delen van kennis" is most closely translated by my version and is a perfectly acceptable turn of phrase in ordinary English both US and UK. In any case, I think once he understands it, Alexander will translate to Russian.
