Dutch term or phrase:aantallen per week
Is it quantity per week (volume of week delivery)? Or it is related to something like reaction time for soaking?

Alexander, I think it refers to supply per week to the flower auctions ("http://www.deliflor.nl/upload/aanvoer/aanvoerflitsnov081.htm" is about supply to the auctions). Therefore you should be safe by translating as "numbers per week" (aantal=number).
On the English website of deliflor.nl all occurrences of "per week" are "stems per week". However, in the Dutch version, they have stalen, takken, stuks and karren. The common denominator is that it is about availability of plants for auction.
Dobre dien, Sindy, I have know idea, whether I may give you the website name? In any way, nothing is said in the text about aantallen per week. And I hope the company is only intersted in its site to be visited as more friquently as possible...
