Volgens VD is inplanteren (BE) -> oprichten. Dus ik dacht aan "erection drawings" en vind daar eea over. Ben niet zeker over de exacte match.

Dit is een beter antwoord. Sorry voor m'n gezoek, en ik begrijp nu waarom je schreef "I am wondering how to translate this without repeating myself." Het gaat om een site drawing/plan (situatietekening) indicating the *location* ("inplanting") of building or other structural elements.
"een situatietekening, op een schaal van minstens 1/500, waarop nauwkeurig de inplanting van de infrastructuur ten opzichte van de waterweg of weg en ten opzichte van de grens van het domeingoed aangegeven wordt;"

Possibly doesn't have to be translated in addition to site plan, since a site plan does indicate where elements are located/situated/"planted....."
