Deze term komt voor in een offerte voor een keuken. Ik weet wel de betekenis van de term maar geen goede vertaling. Het is een rubber profiel dat in de rand van een keukenkast of -lade geplaatst wordt. Het fluisterprofiel werkt geluiddempend (voor het sluiten van een kastje of lade) en houdt stof buiten. |

This is something you could use. Muffle strip or muffler strip is used for sound-insulating race helmets or in music engineering. But something with muffle/muffler would get you close to what "fluister" is supposed to convey.
Here an example of a sound muffler:
