Please could some kind person translate the sentence below for me? I do not speak Dutch but am proofreading a Dutch-English translation and the translation provided does not seem to make sense :(( It is a description of a building dating from the 1800s.

De begane grond vormt een basis van gegroefde rustica, gedekt met een lijst waarop een viertal lisenen rust.
