Dutch term or phrase: uit-/inbouwen
for an accident report, I have to translate a schadecalculatie and am running across automotive terms I can't find - this 'uit-/inbouwen' appears several times in an itemization of arbeidsloon costs. Examples:
"aanbouwdelen voorbumper uit-/inbouwen"
"v-spoiler uit-/inbouwen"
"mistlamp L uit-/inbouwen"
etc. I had not expected to run across terminology like this in this text which is otherwise a police report - thanks in advance!

dismount/mount, remove/fit, remove & replace
Explanation:
In this case, I'd suggest 'remove & replace' as the terminology typically used by a garage or car repair shop.

sample hit:

Repairs and alterations
... Supplied unfitted - per pair (HD), £31.50. Remove and replace - per pair, £28.50. ... Supplied unfitted - per pair, £19.10. Remove and replace - per pair, £32.00. ...

Though all answers are good, I think this best fits the context - I'm going with 'remove and replace' here. Thanks to Annette and Edith for your input as well.
