Dat is het bedrag dat u uiteindelijk zelf betaalt. Remgeldvermindering U kan vanaf uw zestigste verjaardag een reductie van 30 % van het remgeld bekomen voor de raadplegingen bij uw huisarts, als u zich bij hem inschrijft. Deze reductie geldt ook voor huisbezoeken indien u 75 jaar of ouder bent of chronisch ziek. Hiervoor vult u een formulier in bij uw huisarts, en hij vult uw inschrijvingskaart in. U betaalt hem hierbij een extra honorarium van 505 frank voor het bijhouden van uw zogenaamd Globaal Medisch Dossier of GMD. Dat extra honorarium van 505 frank betaalt u jaarlijks en wordt telkens volledig door uw ziekenfonds terugbetaald. Die inschrijving houdt geen enkele verplichting in voor u. U kan ook dan nog een andere huisarts raadplegen. Ook daar krijgt u dan deze reductie van 30 % van het remgeld . U kan ook nog steeds op eigen initiatief een specialist raadplegen, zonder verwijzing van uw "vaste" huisarts. Maar u heeft er alle voordeel bij om deze specialist uw inschrijvingskaart van bij uw huisarts voor te leggen, zodat er nadien een verslag met onderzoeksresultaten, diagnose en behandelig naar uw huisarts gaat.
