See below Explanation: "Opgevraagd deel van een kapitaal": called-up portion of capital or simply share capital called up. "Presentatiegeld" sounds very odd Karin. Are you quite sure it shouldn't be "presentiegeld"? If so, that translates as attendance fee. |

see explanation Explanation: Just to add to what the others have written: statutenwijziging = amendment to the articles of association I think Jarry is right about presentatiegeld = but should it not be prestatiegeld, which is, as the first person says, performance-related pay. Having seen all your questions, I would advise that you get hold of a copy of Voeten & Van den End's 'Bank- en Verzekeringslexicon', which would have answered virtually all these queries for you (unless of course you don't usually do financial texts!) |
