Afgevaardigd bestuurder = verouderde term (die wel nog gebruikt wordt) - moet eigenlijk 'gedelegeerd bestuurder' zijn - vertaling: managing director (mag ook CEO - niet: general manager !)

Directievoorzitter: Chairman of the Board of Directors
