Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general)
Dutch term or phrase: kostenvennootschap
General context: PR material for a Belgian press agency.

Specific context:

XXX is de jongste jaren van een klassiek persbureau uitgegroeid tot een multimedia-informatiecentrum; van een kostenvennootschap tot een transparante vennootschap die zich, als partner van haar klanten, toespitst op de markt.

I've found the translation 'cost centre' on the related website, but IMO that doesn't quite match unless the company in question is a subsidiary of a larger organisation.

Thanks. It's not clear to me what a 'partnership based on costs' is, and in any case the company in question is an NV (admittedly, that wasn't in the provided context), so I don't think 'partnership' is the right term in English. Judging by the scarcity of google hits, the term is rather rare, which doesn't help.
