Specific context:

De bouwers (YYY en ZZZ) zullen rechtstreeks een turnkey aanneemovereenkomst gaan afsluiten met de SPC (exploitant). In deze aanneemovereenkomst zullen deeltermijnen worden opgenomen zodat de bouwers beperkt tot geen financiering voor dit project nodig hebben.
