Business/Commerce (general) | | Dutch term or phrase: ingehaald door de indexering | This text is all about proposed changes to the pay structure in a particular company. I'm not sure how to translate "ingehaald" in this particular context. It appears twice:
Concreet stelt X zich het volgende voor:
- Periodiek A, B and C worden niet geindexeerd met collectieve loonsverhogingen (totaal circa 5%, derhalve bijvoorbeeld bij 4 jaar een verhoging van 1,5% ingehaald door de indexering)
- Bij een beoordeling wordt bij voldoende 1%, goed 2% en uitstekend 4% loonsverhoging gegeven (uiterlijk tot het bijzonder maximum (periodiek C), totdat deze door de indexering is ingehaald)
