neutral  DutchConnection: Isn't the intended meaning here as 'aangenomen worden', any type of IT consultant, rather than 'de aannemer', the term used for builders, building contractors.//OK, but IT consultancy includes every type of IT work, and why doesn't text specify ' IT pro

  -> My point is that building in IT terms is programming. It may be a programming contract,, not consultancy contract for general advice and assistance that is usually concluded with end-user clients, rather than soft/hardware suppliers :-)
