Exploitant dient te voorkomen dat er een situatie ontstaat c.q. zal ontstaan dat enige (overheids)vergunning van Verhuurder terzake het Perceel als van Exploitant zal worden ingetrokken.
I'm not sure whether I'm reading the "als van Exploitant" bit correctly in the paragraph above. (See the last line for this bit.)
Does the "als van Exploitant" bit refer back to "vergunning van Verhuurder", therefore meaning that the Exploitant has to prevent the cancellation of a permit that has been granted to the Verhuurder OR to the Exploitant?
Not sure if I'm making myself clear, but any help with what the "als van exploitant" bit means would be greatly appreciated.

Proprietor should prevent that a situation happens, casu quo, shall happen, where any (government) permit, in relation to the property, shall be withdrawn from the lessor, as well as from the proprietor. |
