Have played around with this sentence to try and get it to sound English. Does anyone have a concise translation for commisseverstrekkende? TIA

I am not sure about this, but the wording would seem to indicate that resources will be used for media which does or does not specialise in covering (the) commissions.. is that any help?

Probably better, if you play around a bit more, to say that the resources will be used for both media specialising in commission coverage and other non-specialist media. Or is that going too far?
