Dutch to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) | | Dutch term or phrase: Commissaris / Directeur | In a text from a Dutch bank on staff grades, I have two codes: one is for a 'Directeur' and the other for a 'Commissaris' - the termbase supplied translates Commissaris as Director and Directeur also as Director.
How do I distinguish between the two ?
According to Wikipedia, a Commissaris, in this context, is a member of the Raaad van Commissarissen. |
