Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / Training | | Dutch term or phrase: aquirerend gesprek | This is part of a training course for employees who may deal with customers; they are also involved in selling. I'm wondering how aquirerende fits in here and how to translate it. (I think it probably should be spelled with a c before the q.) I'm guessing that it could relate to the sales aspect(am still deliberating how to translate inkomende and uitgaande, but may post separately).

Acquisition call seems to be the appropriate term for a telephone training. In that case you could use 'incoming calls' and 'outgoing calls' for the other two terms.
In order to steadily increase the number of subscribers, acquisition calls are made to non-subscribers.
