Dat, indien de opdrachtgever op basis van Europese wetgeving of interne regelgeving concurrentie stelt, deze overeenkomst niet van toepassing is.

I am not sure what is meant by 'in concurrentie stellen'.

'In concurrentie stellen' wordt meestal gebruikt in de context van (regelgeving en richtlijnen voor) open en eerlijke aanbesteding (door de overheid). Het gaat er dan om dat meerdere leveranciers offerte voor een bepaald product of dienstverlening kunnen uitbrengen zodat een zekere marktwerking (door onpartijdigheid) wordt bereikt. NB. Het lijkt erop dat deze term vooral in Belgie wordt gebruikt!

'In concurrentie stellen' wordt meestal gebruikt in de context van (regelgeving en richtlijnen voor) open en eerlijke aanbesteding (door de overheid).
