De appelen halen de laatste twee jaar iets hogere veilingprijzen, onder andere dankzij de groei van verwerking in sappen en convenience. We hebben nu een normaal appeljaar en ik verwacht dus een normale prijszetting. Men verwacht de eerste periode nog geen prijsdruk. De prijsvorming tijdens het begin van het seizoen is namelijk vaak **een uitloper van de notering** van het vorige seizoen. |
