Is this simply 'special control'? (It's the translation of 'bijzondere' in this phrase that I'm not sure of.) This is part of the definition of the 'ultimate beneficial owner' of an organisation. |

Despite the EU's translation I believe it should be special 'controlling' rights, a term well introduced and accepted in Dutch accounting circles.
