Explanation: It's common to refer to the physical work load of different types of (manual) labor, and then there are stress factors (fysische) coming from the environment, such as noise, temperature, chemical handling, work hours, factors in the work environment that combine into the physical work load of a job.
I have studied Arbeids & Organsiatiepsychologie and the studies of the effect of work environment on performance started in the early 1920's along with the industrialization. These studies have developed over almost a century and come with concepts, theories and an elaborate vocabulary. Fysisch is NOT a misnomer. It is just strange that both translate into "physical" - one referring to the physical body, and the other referring to physical factors in the work environment. So it is best translated as work environment load. Unfortunately "environmental stress" commonly refers to stress TO the environment instead of stress FROM the environment. Not sure if grammatically "work environmental stress" would be an option.
Phil is right: "fysisch" is a misnomer in this context. His translation almost certainly represents the intended meaning. BTW "gewaardeert" makes me shudder!

physique and physical stress
Explanation: I think the best way of putting this is to define it as follows:-
fysieke = physique which refers to the build and condition of a person.
fysische belasting = physical stress which refers to the "physical work load" put upon a person

physical and physiological
Explanation: What physical is, you have answered yourself. My Chambers gives for 'physiological': the science of the processes of life in animals and plants.

Although there is no epidemiological literature that specifically links tree plantation work with musculoskeletal problems, the forceful movements involved in carrying loads, in addition to the range of postures and muscular work involved in the planting cycle, undoubtedly constitute risk factors that are heightened by the repetitive nature of the work."
