Indien een lid van een comité, rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks een belang van persoonlijke en vermogensrechtelijke aard heeft dat strijdig is met een beslissing of een verrichting die tot de bevoegdheid behoort van het betrokken comité, dan wel een belang dat daarmee op manifeste wijze strijdig is, dan moet hij dit meedelen aan de andere leden van het betrokken comité vooraleer dit comité een beslissing neemt of de betrokken verrichting stelt.

Explanation:
The committee makes decisions or undertakes activities (or actions). He has to communicate this to all members of the committee before the committee makes a decision or undertakes the activity under consideration (or aforementioned activity).

Voorbeeld:
A new third-party offence will apply to anyone who damages an ASSI, and it will be an offence for public authorities not to inform the Department when they have given consent to undertake an activity that could damage an ASSI. That is a quick overview of the Bill’s provisions.
