neutral  philgoddard: Why do you say this? It's a visitor attraction of some kind, isn't it? There's no recruitment involved as far as I can see.

  -> A "bezoekersattractie" need not be a "big wheel" it can be a shopping or commercial centre. It would help if we knew what this "bezoekersattractie" actually is.
