Dutch term or phrase: Calculatieafdeling

Hi all

I am unsure how to translate this. The sentence is 'ivm met de vakantieperiode is onze calculatieafdeling gesloten'. I don't think 'calculation department' is used in English and I am unsure whether this should be translated as 'accounts department' or a part of the sales division or something else entirely. I would be very grateful for any advice.

Depends on the company. Large companyies have their own calculations department for making offers. In smaller companies this will usually be done by the sales department for offers or accounting.
