Also 'personal guarantee', but both 'security' sounds better. To do with loans and mortgadges.
'Zakelijk' is clearly not in the sense of 'business', but in th legal sense: somewhat'factual, physical', something that can be seized if the loan is not paid or the obligation not fulfilled.
